Work Standards for Malcolm and Donna, Cramlington.

This is another typical example of the non compliant work standards that Gervais and Makain put out there.

All of the these images were supplied by the customer of Makain Limited using their tradesmen Ron and Darren. I'm sure you would agree these are far below expectations from a member of Federation of Master builders.

The images were used in evidence for the dispute between Gervais and his customer before he put his company into liquidation, since then they have had no reparations.

Lateral restraint straps not tied into blockwork and instead have been screwed in.

Level of the back door, also again an example of sheer neglect to maintain the current door and any resemblance of housekeeping.

This work is horrendous. not straight and no air vents.

Similar story to my own, materials left outside for weeks uncovered and have to be replaced at clients costs.

Very poor bricklaying with a slither of a brick to the left of the air vent. brickwork and joints not brushed clean.

Look at the joining of existing build and also the quality of the insulation install.
