Turnover of staff. Now has only sub contracts out work. No full time staff as he fired Ron and Darren.
Timescales, never falls within plan. (As of now Feb 6th I'm at week 42 from a 18-22 week project), other builders quoted to have this job done in 12 weeks.
Finance, always asking for more money to correct his own problems. Poorly managed manpower and contractors leads to him coming back time and time again for more money.
Structural Engineer. Highly expensive and what I've found is three times or more the going rate.
