Black Mold Growth.

This is my utility room. As you can see months of having water coming in to the room via the roof and walls has led to black mold growing on the plaster and the roof collapsing in on itself.

Gervais solution, make a chute from the hole in the roof to the toilet basin to catch a little of the water.
